As a design leader it can be frustrating when your team isn't having the business impact you want it to. Your team isn't growing, they’re spread too thin and it’s hard to know where to start. You may feel like you’re not getting the recognition you deserve. There may be low morale in your team, strong personalities within the team or team member who don't have the design skills that are required. We need to shift away from just working with our delivery team to leading our design team.
