About this course
The concept of 'Discovery' can hold a variety of meanings, dependent on the audience. For instance, it could mean:
- Identifying what customers value most in our product or service
- Recognising the moments in a service where we might be letting our users down
- Ascertaining the key requirements for the work programme

The purposes of discovery are diverse, as are the methodologies used. In this course, we focus on teaching discovery techniques that help delivery teams to identify key requirements and ensure these can be actioned by the team. We also cover how to break down these techniques for just-in-time discovery or continuous discovery.
